Subscribing to MYPATH has strengthened our careers provision at Kimbolton School. Pupils across four year groups are engaging with the inspiring 'Job of the Week' feature during tutor time, while our Year 9 pupils are exploring thought-provoking lessons on choosing options and creating opportunities as they consider their GCSE choices and future aspirations. Our subject departments have been revitalised with eye catching displays that highlight how each subject connects to a wide range of careers. These displays not only showcase the diversity of age, ability, race, religion and gender in the workplace but also inspire pupils to think ambitiously about their futures. The wealth of resources available through MYPATH is impressive, it's great that they continuously update their materials to ensure they remain fresh and relevant. The materials are engaging, informative, and easy for both pupils and staff to use and we look forward to adding more to our careers programme in 2025-2026. Jamie and his team have been incredibly supportive, providing tailored resources and always welcoming our ideas. One of the most challenging tasks as a Careers Leader , is to source meaningful and effective careers resources which will not only engage all key stage pupils, but to be affordable within tight school budgets. Chase Terrace Academy , conducted a period of external consultation, meeting with several careers’ platform providers. Following our initial conversations with Jamie Pywell, he made us feel comfortable and confident from his own personal experience of delivering careers. He understood the logistics and challenges with the timetabling of careers planning and access to ICT . Jamie was also aware of careers resources being young person friendly, being inviting, engaging, interactive and inclusive. The teaching resources required no preparation time, they were timely, adaptable, very easy to use and were mapped to the Gatsby Benchmarks. The platform is affordable, sustainable, yet effective and meaningful with excellent feedback from students and staff. I would highly endorse and recommend any School to use this platform.

MYPATH Unlimited has been such a godsend for our careers provision. The resources have been used widely across the school in our SEMH/SEND setting. Pupils (and staff) particularly enjoy the 'Guess my Job' and 'Industry Spotlight' sessions as these are embedded into our morning tutor time on Thursdays, and students are quizzed on the information. Jamie and the team work tirelessly to ensure the content of the website is relevant and up to date, even taking on suggestions from me to add. I would recommend MYPATH Unlimited to any who do not currently have it!

Careers leaders with different level of experience can use the resources to make sure they are delivering effective and informative careers information to students.
