Printable careers posters for every subject

 We provide a minimum of 30 career-focused posters for every GCSE subject, each packed with clear and accessible information about different job roles. Every poster explains what the job involves and, most importantly, how it connects directly to the knowledge and skills developed in that subject. 

We also make it a priority to challenge stereotypes, showcasing careers that students might not immediately associate with their learning to broaden their horizons and spark fresh thinking about future possibilities.

Interactive quizzes making BM4 fun

Interactive quizzes are available for every GCSE subject, designed to show students how their learning links to real careers in a fun and engaging way. 

Each quiz highlights a range of jobs within the sector and the key skills those roles require. 

With nothing more than a pen and a piece of paper, students can get involved, making Gatsby Benchmark 4 interactive, accessible, and enjoyable.

Staff CPD to ensure all staff understand the importance of BM4

Our CPD (Continuing Professional Development) sessions are designed to support schools in delivering high-quality careers education across all areas of staff responsibility. These flexible, video-led sessions are ideal for schools looking to embed careers learning as a whole-school priority, aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks.

Each session lasts up to one hour and includes engaging video content, practical activities, and reflection tasks to support meaningful learning and application.
