1. MYPATH UNLIMITED Usage and GDPR Agreement
1.1 Introduction
This Resource Usage Agreement (“MYPATH UNLIMITED Usage Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of resources available on MYPATH Careers Education Limited’s subscription-based website (“www.mypathunlimited.com“). To access the subscription platform, you must agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this agreement and will be required to sign this document to confirm your understanding and agreement.
1.2 Scope of Use
The resources available on the Website are intended solely for use within your educational institution (1 school or education provider). By accessing and using these resources, you acknowledge and agree to use them only for educational purposes within your premises and for the benefit of your students and staff.
1.3 Prohibition of Sharing
You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or make available the resources, in part or in whole, to individuals or entities outside of your School without obtaining prior written consent from MYPATH Careers Education Limited. Sharing or distributing the resources beyond the confines of your School constitutes a violation of this Agreement. Please note, this includes sharing across a multi-academy trust (MAT).
1.4 Subscription Period
Your access to the resources is limited to the subscription period for which you have paid. You acknowledge and agree that you will only use the resources during the subscription period specified at the time of payment. Unauthorized use of the resources beyond the subscribed timeframe is strictly prohibited.
1.5 Intellectual Property Rights
All resources provided through the Website are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of MYPATH Careers Education Limited or its licensors. By using the resources, you agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the resources without obtaining prior written consent.
1.6 Termination

You will be solely responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized use or sharing of the resources and will be liable for the financial loss incurred by MYPATH Careers Education Limited.

MYPATH Careers Education Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. MYPATH Careers Education Limited will make effort to update you of any policy changes however it is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to ensure compliance
